Switched to 4 inch cambered bar

I'm dead and the cambered bar is NO JOKE !!!

pullfest 4 - Me and the rest of the crew from Mayodan went to deadlift with Mudduck Barbell and the Tribe at the Mudducks new gym.
Raw pulls from the floor 135 x 3 245 x 3 335 x 3 425 x 1 515 x 1 605 x 1 705 x 1 755 x missed it - had it above my knees but couldn't find the grind it out gear.
Then I had the sunrise sampler at Cracker Barrell - Bacon , Sausage and Ham now that's what I'm talking about. I love animals - They taste GREAT and are loaded with protein.

It was HOT in the gym today and that's all I had in the tank.... No PR's this time but they all can't be the best day ever.

raw pulls from the floor 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 1 675 x 1 750 x 0 I asked for 735 and the guys misloaded it to 745 so I said what the heck add a 2.5 to each side and let's see if I got 750 in me today. I pulled 750 back on 6-2-09 and since then I have missed it twice. I need to refocus my workouts and start training and stop straining.

speed pulls - this is a new one for me but I guess I need to deload some on my pulling 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 x 10

The extra 4 inch range of motion on the cambered bar is rough.

8-20-09 rack pulls just below the knee 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 3 725 x 2 then on the start of the 3rd rep my lower back popped. Not sure but I think everything is OK
