speed bench 175 x 3 reps x 3 sets wide grip 175 x 3 reps x 3 sets medium grip 175 x 3 reps x 3 sets close grip
Truck and I did a total of 18 sets just under 4 minutes
upper back work ( just for Blue ) wide grip pulldowns 5 sets of 5 reps 150 x 5 175 x 5 200 x 5 225 x 5 250 x 5
seated D.B. press ( shoulder work ) 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 10
barbell skull crushers bar x 10 85 x 15 115 x 10 135 x 10 155 x 5
I can't wait until AC/DC and Kenny G go on tour together

speed deads off a 4 inch platform 225 x 3 315 x 1 405 x 1 405 x 1 405 x 1 335 x 1 + 50 lbs chains 315 x 1 + 50 lbs chains 315 x 1
14 inch box squats ( paused on the box to release the hips 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 485 x 1 585 x 1
My lower back is toast.

incline press 315 x 5 ( paused last rep ) 315 x 5 ( paused last rep ) 350 x 3
I started a bench routine that should have me benching over 500 raw easy if all goes as planned!!! we will see i guess

speed set wide grip 185 x 3 reps x 3 sets medium grip 185 x 3 reps x 3 sets close grip 185 x 3 reps x 3 sets
Truck and I did 9 sets each for a total of 18 sets in 4 min and 38 seconds good for G.P.P and overall conditioning
upper back work just for Blue T-bar rows 6 sets x 5 reps 160 x 5 185 x 5 210 x 5 235 x 5 260 x 5 285 x 5 This sets was HEAVY ( for me at least )
Seated shoulder D.B. press 95 x 10 95 x 10 ( I decided this was to light so I added mini band ) 95 + mini under the bench x 5 reps ( plenty heavy, problem solved )
barbell skull crushers 135 x 10 155 x 10 175 x 8 185 x 5
watched Jason do band sit ups I told him I may try reverse band sit ups LOL
