It has been 28 days since my last deadlift workout.
Reverse band deads off a 4" platform ( works starting strength and lockout power )
225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 3 PR 725 x 1 765 x 1 PR
Cable preacher curls = 2 drops sets of 50 x 10 40 x 10 30 x 10
I thought my deadlift would have dropped off more. Man my biceps are pumped up. LOL

bar x 20 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 5 390 x 6 wanted 8 but something in my left shoulder popped 390 x 5 was going to go for 8 reps again but not tonight
that was it. I couldn't finish my workout. My powerlifting days may be over.

My left shoulder has been killing me. Tried the shirt out to see if I could bench pain free. The answer to that is ( HELL NO ). Not sure what to do now.
