What do you think of this BODYBUILDING routine:
Sunday - Back Pull-Ups - 4 x 12 Barbell Rows - 4 x 12 Lat Pulldowns - 4 x 12 Machine Rows - 4 x 12 Rack Pulls(from knee) - 4 x 12 Shrugs - 4 x 12
Monday - Chest and Shoulders Bench Press - 4 x 12 Incline Dumbell Presses - 4 x 12 Machine Flyes - 4 x 12 Overhead Pin Presses - 4 x 12 Dumbell Side Raises - 4 x 12 Machine Side Raises - 4 x 12
Thursday - Legs Squats - 4 x 12 Leg Press - 4 x 12 Leg Extensions - Starting with the whole stack do a set of failure with every weight skipping by 50 lbs. ex: 200, 150, 100, 50. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - 4 x 12 Leg Curls - Starting with the whole stack do a set of failure with every weight skipping by 50 lbs. ex: 200, 150, 100, 50. Calf Raises - 1 extended set of 100
Friday - Arms Close-Grip Bench Press - 4 x 12 Dumbell Extensions - 4 x 12 Tricep Pushdowns - run up the stack and then back down the stack @ 8 reps with each weight Barbell Curls - 4 x 12 Dumbell Curls - 4 x 12 Cable Curls - run up the stack and then back down the stack @ 8 reps with each weight Wrist Curls - 4 x 12 Gripper Machine - 4 x 12
