Between feeling sluggish and having to listen to Beast and Big Wayne run me into the ground, I feel as though I have no choice but to start back in the gym. 
Alright Beast....I'll be seeing you in Triangle in about 3 weeks or so as per our discussion at work. I started back today at Triangle in Davidson county; and let me say that the owners started in on me the second I walked in the door!
Where have you been? We thought you had wussed out? Will we see you again anytime soon? .........Now that's bad!!!
I will say that i am a little sore but I feel charged and ready to go again.
