I also wanted to mention that most of my regualr crew should be there this coming Tuesday night. it should prove to be an even better atmosphere than before. Killer is going to be in the house ( he is one of the largest men that you will ever meet ) and he is looking for you guys to help him figure out what size shirt he should buy next. So if you guys would do that for me I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I'm bringing my camera so let's hit some PR's guys. I will stay and help you guys as long as it takes but I dont think I will have time to go eat this time. If you guys join the gym and start training with us every tuesday I'm sure we can get a bigger group to go eat afterwards, I enjoy that part of it just as much as the training. I also wanted to mention that you can bring your own music if you have a song that gets you pumped and ready to handle some heavy iron. I'm sure we already have it at the gym but if you guys would give me at least one song each I'll try to have a CD ready for you Tuesday night. We try to have at least one song for everybody in our group to lift to , kind of like the old HOPG.
