Really not much to say but, INJURIES SUCK ASS! Maybe here soon I can start have some impressive training sessions to post in my log. Figured I'd write something since it's almost two years since I posted in my log. It's been so long I forgot how to even work the fucking board. Damn!!! My memory is going all to hell! Stay tuned.

Pretty pleased with how fast squats were moving, which that's not a lot of weight for a fat boy like me, plus I had my triple ply extra tight briefs on. Still a long way to go!
