I made it out of MDBB alive and well. Haha. I see right now hanging with Brian and Donovan on the weights is gonna hopefully benefit me. They were making everything look pretty smoke today, so I had to stay as close as to their speed as possible. As far as my training goes...I am gonna continue training for the SPF meet in Myrtle Beach, and see how my body and mind hold up. It has been quite sometime since I have been in the game, so all this is like a shock to my body and mind. I guess well see how things pan out in the wash! Stay tuned for the ride! Still a long fucking way to go!

Yeah I think I could have used a better word than "Retirement" but it was the only one that came to mind at the time Lol. Anyway I think that "Come Back" would have been a better phrase to use in this particular instance. Being that you haven really stopped training you just had alot of setbacks (injuries), like myself, that have hindered you from getting back on the platform. So hopefully you and me both can stay healthy enough over the next few months/years to get back on that platform and compete at an high level. So keep your fingers crossed bro, I know I will too and just keep working hard and hopefully all this hard work, pain, and sacrifice will pay off for us in the end! You working out this Wednesday night? I may come up to do my speed work again being that I left damn I-Pod up there. I can't live without it Haha..
