PULLFEST 2 - we had about 15 lifters in our deadlift rotation !!!!!
raw deads - from 4 inch blocks with - 60 lbs of chains at lockout 135+60= 195 x 3 225+60= 285 x 3 315+60= 375 x 3 405+60= 465 x 3 495+60= 555 x 3 + I did 3 shrugs at the end 585+60= 645 x 1 675+60= 735 x 1 725+60= 785 x missed it about 3-4 short of lockout.

won't be long before I'm pausing 475

This was suppose to be speed night for deads BUT......
Reverse band deads pullin from a 4 inch deficit
315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 1 765 x miss
with this set up there was no band tension at lockout.
