Monday night was bench shirt night. Tank was looking awesome! He was making 500 plus look so easy. Seth, Pitbull, and Me are still trying to get something to touch. I look at that as being a good thing! Just add another plate. ;D Tonight was Pitbull's first night in equipment. I think he is hooked. Duck just started working out with us about 2 months ago. His form is really improved tremendously. His bench is really come along way.
