Hey guys, thanks for coming to the pullfest. It's awesome to get a group of people together like that. We all seem to bring the good out in eachother and I know I suprised myself a little. Can't wait for the next one and we do need to hit up that inter-gym collab.

Thanks for having us! We always enjoy making a trip to Mayodan to Dead lift with the Dead lift kings! It's always good to be in a environment that in as intense as today.
