I talked to you earlier but I thought I'd give you our schedule on paper.... It'll be awesome to have you and anybody else from Mayodan that wants to come train with us on a regular basis.
Sunday - Max Effort SQUAT or DEADLIFT Monday - Max Effort BENCH Tuesday - OFF Wednesday - Dynamic Effort SQUAT and DEADLIFT Thursday - Dynamic Effort BENCH Friday- OFF Saturday - OFF
We start getting there around 7:15-7:30 and don't actually get to moving or doing anything til around 8ish. So if you can't get there til after 8 that's not a problem at all.
