has anyone ever used one and if so what kind of gains did you make? Did it help with starting strength?

We have one at MDBB and I've used it a few times for accessory work... But I've never done any Max Effort training with it.
I've always fealt that Speed Benching helps with starting strength more than anything else. Especially when using bands (pulling down or Reverse-bands)
