8-20-2006 Heavy squat nigth
Squat RAW off of 12in box did sets of 5reps last set was 500/5
Speed Deadlift straight weight 315 for 6 singles
leg ext. leg curl 3 x 8 3 x 12
standing calves Crunches 4 x 10 Sled work
Not a bad workout for the first workout in a couple of weeks, but it sure does feel good to be up under the bar again.
