That sucks! I've had days like this too. Ironically, mine are normally Bench Days as well. You can't win 'em all.

What all equipment do ya'll have down there in Mayodan? it's a basic hole in the wall gym we do have bands, chains, squat boxes, boards, a 4" box to deadlift from. As far as the gym equipment goes we have a powercage/ squat rack, benches, incline and decline benches, all kinds of D.B.'s. Just the basics. It is very powerlifter freindly. guys are always getting into a shirt or using bands/chains or boards and so on.

TANK Whatever. this is my workout from this past Sat. bench 1-13-07 bar x 10 135 x 10 x 2 sets 225 x 10 x 2 sets 325 x 10 325 x 10 paused the last rep 325 x 8 wanted 10 but missed the last 2 close grip press 315 x 3 365 x 3 band pushdowns (monster mini doubled choked ) 4 sets 15 reps

reverse bands from the 1 pin 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 675 x 3 765 x 3 855 x 2 945 x missed it (I did manage to get it above my knees ) 855 x 1 855 x 1 855 x 1 765 x 3 675 x 5 585 x 5
shrugs 495 x 10 reps x 4 sets
May get video of some of these lifts up soon ( i hope )

raw flat bench bar x 10 225 x 10 315 x 10 405 x 3 ( so easy it was cheesy )
added very old single ply titan fury 495 x 2 - 2 board 545 x 1 - 2 board ( very , very, very easy ) 585 x 0 - to the chest ( I couldn't touch )
reverse band close grip press 315 x 3 405 x 3 455 x 3 495 x 1 545 x 0 ( missed it at lockout )
had a decent workout today.... I'm still a little beat up from the heavy pulls thursday nite

Raw bench looks good, and it is always nice when there is not enough weight on the bar to touch your chest! I heard some one say one time just add another plate! The Beast
