My bench routine only called for 3 sets of 2 with 410 pausing each rep
410 x 2 paused both reps very easy 410 x 2 paused both reps felt even easier 410 x 2 paused both reps and this set was really easy and super fast.

Thanks. You guys should try to hook up with us on a thursday night for a max effort deadlift workout. I SWEAR the entire gym seems to come alive. When we deadlift it gets really intense. You guys would love it. I think the atmosphere on deadlift night is 10 x what it is on bench night.

2-9-08 IBP push / pull meet
lifted raw
bench 405= good 430= good skiped 3rd attempt due do being sick as a dog. I wanted to save some for the deadlift
deadlift 600 = good 650 = good 685 = good 700 = miss ( had it above my knees though )
