Tonight's max effort movement was raw benching against the green bands with 100lbs of chains on the bar.
bar + 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 205 x 10 95 + 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 255 x 5 185+ 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 345 x 3 275+ 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 435 x 3 295+ 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 455 x 1 315+ 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 475 x 1 335+ 60lbs bands + 100lbs of chains = 495 x 0 missed it half way up
Close grip press 315 x 5 405 x 3 405 x 3
the combo of the chains and the bands did a real number on me. I feel beat down.

Not sure how much the bands helped at the bottom or the top. All I know is that the further I pulled it, the heavier it was. I am totally fried and need relax for a few days to recover from this brutal overload of my CNS.
