R.A.W. Benching with 4 inch cambered bar and 150 lbs of chain weight
bar + 150 lbs of chains = 195 x 3 135 + 150 lbs of chains = 285 x 3 225 + 150 lbs of chains = 375 x 3 315 + 150 lbs of chains = 465 x 1 335 + 150 lbs of chains = 485 x 1 350 + 150 lbs of chains = 500 x 1 PR 315 + 150 lbs of chains = 465 x 1 with press and rack commands 315 + 150 lbs of chains = 465 x 1 with press and rack commands
With the extra 4 inch stretch at the bottom and the extra 150 lbs of chain weight at the top it's like 2 exercises in one. This is my new favorite lift and I really feel like it has helped my bench to get moving again. It helps with starting strength and helps with lockout power. What else could you ask for from one movement?

raw deads from the floor
135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 3 495 x 3 585 x 3 635 x 3
First time that I have pulled in 4 weeks, since I hurt my back doing rack pulls. I didn't know what to expect as far as how my back would hold up and strength levels. I may could have went another 20 lbs for 3 but I didn't want to really push it on my first night back pulling, that's why I stayed with triples. It was hard to restrain myself from pulling heavy singles but I played it smart.

NICE Job w/ the PR on the Bench! Even if it was touch-n-go, I know you've been chasing that one for a long time...

raw deads from the floor 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 405 x 1 495 x 1 585 x 1 675 x 1 725 x 1
On tuesday I benched 475 raw with a pause / press and rack command and today I pulled 725 raw. I'm really hoping that I can total 1200 raw at my next meet to tie Michael Belk's raw push-pull total. My deadlift is off a little because today the 725 was alot harder than it was when I pulled it at the Mauldin meet in SC but at least I'm back to about 95%

I did the IPA meet in Hickory NC today. I lifted raw in the push- push only in the 308 weight class. I weighed in at 304 lbs.
Bench 1st - 455 3 whites 2nd- 465 3 whites 3rd - 470 missed it at lockout
Deadlift 1st - 700 3 whites 2nd- 735 3 whites 3rd - 750 3 whites 4th - 760 had it above my knees
ended up with a 465 bench and a 750 pull for a raw push pull total of 1215 lbs.

Awesome work Bro, congrats. Thats some good raw power, and I believe that is the direction powerlifting is going.

I just saw the video... 735 and 750 were SMOKE!!! I'm VERY surprised that you didn't pull the 760 cuz the 750 looked waaaay too easy!
Your hair cut and goatee reminded me of someone I see in the mirror everyday.... Or maybe I'm trying to look like you? Not sure, but I'm sure as hell trying to Deadlift like you!
