That's all for tonight. I'm feeling really beat up and the weights felt very heavy tonight. You got to know when to hold them and know when to folf them.

Thanks Beast. I feel like my bench needs alot of work but that may be due to the fact that I train with LB and Tim McVicker. ( Both bench over 500 raw )
